I am a Registered Nurse who loves sharing about healthcare through an equity lens. So yes, I am a thought-leader, speaker, activist, and a nurse consultant. I have always enjoyed helping people, hence my career choice.

When I am not at the bedside helping patients, I am in classrooms supporting nursing students, and Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs). In the last several years, I have been fortunate to support hundreds of nursing students, IENs navigate through the nursing profession in Canada. In addition to these, I take it upon myself to advocate for healthcare on a governmental level. I advocate for healthy policies to enhance not only the nursing profession, but healthcare in general. I have had the opportunity to sit with government officials to discuss innovative solutions for healthcare.
